In this position, you’ll support the Warehouse Manager in coordinating daily operations, supervising warehouse staff, and keeping track of inventory and shipments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining efficiency across receiving, storing, and distributing goods. You’ll also look for ways to improve workflows and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork.
This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a hands-on attitude, and a passion for logistics who wants to grow into a management position.
Requirements
MBO or HBO degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Hands-on mentality and an eye for detail.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
Reach truck or forklift certificate is a plus.
