In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining social media tools, integrations, and automation workflows that help the marketing and recruitment teams perform at their best. You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and developers to streamline posting schedules, track analytics, and implement new features that enhance online presence and candidate engagement.
You’ll analyze campaign data, maintain social media APIs, and ensure that content performs optimally across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. This is a perfect fit for someone who enjoys mixing technical problem-solving with creative digital strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a similar field.
3–5 years of experience in social media engineering, automation, or digital marketing tech.
Strong knowledge of social media APIs (LinkedIn, Meta, X/Twitter, etc.).
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, or custom API scripting).
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Power BI.
Programming knowledge in JavaScript or Python for integrations and automation.
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
