Job description
As a Product Owner, you are responsible for maximizing the value of our products and ensuring that development efforts align with customer and business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, customers, designers, and development teams to define priorities and deliver innovative solutions.
Your responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Prioritize features and improvements based on customer value and business impact
Collaborate with development teams throughout the Agile development process
Gather and analyze feedback from customers and internal stakeholders
Define and communicate product vision and roadmap
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Participate in sprint planning, refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and decisions
Requirements
Requirements
Essential
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
Experience within a SaaS environment
Knowledge of recruitment, HR technology, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
PSPO, CSPO, or similar Product Owner certification
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
